Observatory, recovery for engineering and architectural services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In November contract values reached <strong>\u20ac 58.4 million<\/strong>, showing a 122% increase compared to November 2013; with regard to the number of tenders, there were 318 procedures initiated in the month with an increase of 36.5% over November 2013.<br \/>\nYet, even if one cannot talk about numbers (since growth over the 11 months is of 0.9%), there is an <strong>increase in the overall value with a definite recovery in investments in engineering, architecture, technical consulting and project finance initiatives<\/strong>.<br \/>\nWithin this figure it should also be emphasised that a significant part of the engineering relates to Design-Build contracts, which in November alone were worth about 16.2 million out of a total of about 58.<\/p><div id=\"arket-3092415403\" class=\"arket-contenuto\" style=\"margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 20px;\"><div id=\"sas_67408\"
