The house is located on the top floor of a corner building. The L shaped layout allows to divide the whole space in two parts with different qualities: the private and the public one. The first one includes the bedrooms and the bathrooms, the second meet together the spaces where you can meet and welcome guests. The junction between the two parts is made by the kitchen, which is both private and public. This space is in the apartment corner, in a ideally central position. A sliding panel allows you to quietly separe the two areas. A linear terrace lays on the West side of the apartment. The project uses this element to multiply interior space. The wall and the windows facing the terrace are emphasized to get a succession of rooms. The luminous passage connects the living areas creating an enfilade, as used to be in the ancient Italian villas: in a galance it is possible to have a look at the kitchen, the entrance, the dining room and the living room.<\/p>
