On the remaining 3,912 sqm, Constructa and Eiffage Immobilier have developed a project comprising 62 residential units: served by two staircases, the units are grouped into a six-storey building which includes two penthouse levels and two levels of underground car parks with a total of 77 parking spaces; on the north side, there is also a small 991 mq stadium built by the city that even includes a skate park.<br \/>\nThe design of the porcelain tile used on the fa\u00e7ades &#8211; a small three-dimensional wave that seems to rise majestically out of the sea, reflecting the sun\u2019s rays &#8211; lends the cladding on the building\u2019s northern fa\u00e7ade a shimmering, almost iridescent appearance with echoes of the white houses that overlook the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arketipomagazine.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/04\/D07_04.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-35883527\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arketipomagazine.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/04\/D07_04.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"933\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04.jpeg 1400w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04-150x100.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04-696x464.jpeg 696w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04-1068x712.jpeg 1068w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_04-630x420.jpeg 630w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1400px) 100vw, 1400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The careful research and development of a porcelain slab suitable for the cladding was born out of the need to break up the excessive orthogonality of the north side of the building, whilst at the same time maintaining a perfect harmony with the extraordinary changeability of the Mediterranean light. This was the inspiration underpinning the design and creation of the <strong>Ondina<\/strong> collection, developed by Pietri Architectes and produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casalgrandepadana.it\/it\/\"><strong>Casalgrande Padana<\/strong><\/a>, in which the sheer power and purity of the pristine white background are complemented by a three-dimensional motif consisting of two inverted rectangular tiles, imbued with texture by a raised arc running along the diagonal. The random laying pattern of the tiles used for cladding, with alternating joints, makes for a vast and captivating sea of reflections that changes depending on the season and time of day or night.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arketipomagazine.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/04\/D07_06.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-35883528\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arketipomagazine.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/04\/D07_06.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"938\" srcset=\"https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06.jpeg 1400w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06-300x201.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06-1024x686.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06-150x100.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06-768x515.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06-696x466.jpeg 696w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06-1068x716.jpeg 1068w, https:\/\/static.tecnichenuove.it\/arketipomagazine\/2021\/04\/D07_06-627x420.jpeg 627w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1400px) 100vw, 1400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean-Baptiste Pietri<\/strong> likes to describe himself as a \u201c<em>romantic rationalist<\/em>\u201d, an oxymoron that encapsulates the character of the architecture of this residential complex, which juxtaposes horizontal and vertical patterns. Indeed, the building\u2019s fa\u00e7ades take a dual form, both rippling and angular: the south-west side features a long white fa\u00e7ade made up of continuous, undulating balconies, whilst on the north-east side, the lines become straight and angular, with the fa\u00e7ade covered in a textured white mosaic: the reflections and light effects dancing off the porcelain fa\u00e7ade fluctuate with the changing seasons and times of day, accompanied by the brilliant blue of the sea and sky. Abundant, flourishing plant life lends the entire complex a sense of urbanity, whilst the building\u2019s upper floors offer sweeping views of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arketipomagazine.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/04\/D07_10.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-35883529\" src=\"https:\/\/www.arketipomagazine.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2021\/04\/D07_10.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"955\"
