International Broadcast Centre and Main Press Centre – Allies and Morrison

Situato nell'area a nord-ovest del Parco Olimpico, dispone di 52.000 mq di studi televisivi e 8.000 mq di uffici. Durante le Olimpiadi, sarà in funzione 24 ore su 24, ospitando più di 20.000 giornalisti e fotografi. Il complesso dispone di strutture temporanee di supporto, tra cui un centro congressi da 800 posti, un ristorante per 4.000 persone, negozi, un ufficio postale e banche, che si affacciano su un asse centrale lungo 200 m tra il centro televisivo e il centro stampa. L'edificio, di forma rettangolare, il cui lato più lungo misura 275 m, è stato progettato per essere il più flessibile possibile. Dopo i Giochi, la struttura offrirà più di 80.000 mq di spazi commerciali e per uffici con l'obiettivo di generare migliaia di nuovi posti di lavoro. La London Legacy Development, l'ente che si occuperà di gestire il Parco Olimpico dopo i Giochi, ha già annunciato una rosa di potenziali inquilini a lungo termine pronti a occupare il complesso.

Located in the north-west part of Olympic Park, the Centre includes 52,000 mq of television studios and 8,000 mq of offices. During the Olympics, it will be open 24 hours and will host more than 20,000 journalists and photographers. The complex includes temporary support structures such as the 800-seat conference centre, a 4,000-seat restaurant, shops, a post offi ce, and banks; all of these open on to a 200 m long central axis running between the television centre and the press centre. The rectangular building, whose long side measures 275 m, was designed to be as flexible as possible. After the Games, the  structure offers more than 80,000 mq of commercial and office space with the goal of generating thousands of new jobs. London Legacy Development, the entity in charge of managing Olympic Park after the Games, has announced a shortlist of potential long-term tenants ready to occupy the complex.
