Nuova vita per il Palazzo Aporti

uffici – Climaveneta ha installato quattro unità polivalenti Integra per il rinato Palazzo Aporti di Milano.

Quattro unità polivalenti Integra di Climaveneta sono state installate sul tetto del rinato Palazzo Aporti di Milano, l'ex sede delle Poste Italiane sottoposta a un complesso progetto di riqualificazione coordinato dagli architetti Antonio Citterio e Patrizia Viel. Obiettivo dell'intervento era garantire al nuovo spazio un elevato standard qualitativo, sia in ambito strutturale, che soprattutto in quello impiantistico. All'interno della famiglia Integra di Climaveneta, risultata la soluzione migliore per il progetto, sono state dunque selezionate 4 unità ERACS/Q 2722 /LT/SL. L'impianto ha quindi oggi una capacità frigorifera totale di 2.800 kW e termica di 2.400 kW.

Le unità sono state selezionate in versione SL per garantire la minima rumorosità. In particolare, la taglia selezionata riporta un valore di potenza sono pari a 91 dB(A). Per garantire il funzionamento delle unità installate sul tetto, anche in condizioni estreme di lavoro, è stata, inoltre, studiata una versione speciale in grado di assicurare il funzionamento a pieno carico fino a -10 °C di aria esterna. Per mantenere alti gli standard di affidabilità e di comfort durante tutto l'anno, sono state quindi selezionate delle unità con compressori a vite e refrigerante ecologico R134a. I due compressori, infatti, lavorano su due circuiti frigoriferi indipendenti. In caso di malfunzionamento di uno dei due, l'altro è in grado di coprire almeno il 50% della richiesta, evitando l'interruzione totale del servizio. La scelta del refrigerante ecologico R134a, che rispetta i parametri di eco-sostenibilità imposti dalla Comunità Europea con un indice ODP "Ozone Depletion Protection" pari a 0, è dettata dal fatto che questo refrigerante non abbia alcun impatto negativo in atmosfera, neanche in caso di dispersioni accidentali in ambiente o in fase di dismissione dell'unità.

Le unità polivalenti Integra superano quindi il tradizionale connubio chiller con caldaia, garantendo il perfetto comfort tutto l'anno, senza immettere CO₂ in atmosfera e riducendo i costi di esercizio di oltre il 55%.

Four Integra multi-purpose units by Climaveneta were installed on the roof of the refurbished Palazzo Aporti building in Milan, the former headquarters of the Italian postal service subjected to a complex requalification project co-ordinated by architects Antonio Citterio and Patrizia Viel. The aim of the activity was to ensure a high quality standard for this new area, both in structural and, above all, in plant-engineering terms. Within Climveneta's Integra family, found to be the best solution for the project, four ERACS/Q 2722 /LT/SL units were selected. The system now has a total refrigerating capacity of 2,800 kW and a heating capacity of 2,400 kW.

The SL version of these units was chosen to ensure the lowest possible noise level. In particular, the size selected has a sound power value of 91 dB(A). In order to guarantee operation of the units installed on the roof even in extreme working conditions, a special version has, furthermore, been designed able to ensure operation at a full load down to an outside air temperature of -10 °C. In order to maintain the high standards of reliability and comfort throughout the year, units with rotary screw compressors were chosen that use the ecological coolant R134a. The two compressors work on two separate refrigeration circuits. In the event of malfunctioning of one of the two, the other is capable of covering at least 50% of the demand, thus avoiding total interruption of the service. The choice of the ecological coolant R134a, which complies with the eco-sustainable parameters imposed by the European Community thanks to its "Ozone Depletion Protection" (ODP) index of 0, was based on the fact that this coolant has no negative impact on the air, not even in case of accidental dispersion into the environment or at the time of decommissioning of the system.

These Integra multi-purpose units thus overcome the traditional combination of a chiller with a boiler, guaranteeing perfect comfort all the year round, without any CO₂ emissions into the air and lowering the running costs by over 55%.
