L'edificio è la reinterpretazione di un blocco commerciale edificato nello stesso sito nei primi anni 80. La struttura a telaio di calcestruzzo armato è stata riutilizzata con un nuovo rivestimento ad alta efficienza energetica costituito da una pelle vetrata ad alte prestazioni.
The building is the reintegretation of an early 1980s commercial block constructed on the same site. The existing concrete frame structure has been reused and re-wrapped with a highly energy-efficient glazed skin.
