Una ex fabbrica viene recuperata con un attento svuotamento dei volumi, tagli e ricuciture. Le superfici sottratte sono state aggiunte sulle coperture creando attici dalla tecnologia semplice e dalle forme plastiche caratterizzati da materiali leggeri e trasparenti: acciaio e legno, vetro e policarbonato, resine e intonaci colorati.

A former factory is renovated through a careful subtracting of volumes, cutting, and stitching. The subtracted elements are added back at the roof level, with technologically simple attic spaces in sculptural shapes made of lightweight and transparent materials, including: stainless steel and wood, glass and polycarbonate, resin and coloured plasters.
