Il rivestimento, privo di schermature solari, è costituito da pannelli di vetro serigrafati e coibentati. Gli ultimi tre piani sono a sbalzo sopra una lastra vetrata. In copertura sono installati pannelli solari e 14 turbine a vento che, assieme, forniscono il 4% del fabbisogno energetico.
The building's coating, with no solar shading system, is made of glass insulated and fritted panels. The top three stores are cantilevered out of a glass slab. Solar panel and 14 wind turbines installed on the roof provide 4% of the building's power needs.
