Anthea è un diverso e possibile modo di fare una poltrona ergonomica per il lavoro. Senza rinunciare agli indispensabili requisiti dinamici che caratterizzano la moderna seduta per l'ufficio, con la sua monolitica composizione formale, antropomorfa e un po' surreale, Anthea ha recuperato il primato della forma, dell'allusione, del sogno contro il delirio dell'ostentazione meccanicistica in cui si è insterilito parte del design della poltrona nell'ultimo decennio.
MAIN CONCEPT O COMMENTO DEL DESIGNER CHE ESPRIMA LA CARATTERISTICA INNOVATIVA DEL PRODOTTO:
Anthea è dotata di tutti i movimenti desiderabili per il migliore dei comfort, ma non deriva il suo aspetto dalla ostentazione delle sue funzioni meccaniche. Telai, leve e cinematismi scompaiono in una morbida forma in cui avvolgere il corpo che resta veicolo di allusioni antropomorfiche e surreali. La poltrona per il lavoro non può prescindere dal suo valore strumentale, ma perché mai evocare in essa solo i valori utilitaristici disegnandola alla stregua di attrezzo ortopedico? I nostri antenati, impegnati come erano a procurarsi il cibo quotidiano, hanno pur trovato tempo e modo con il loro oggetti di utilità di raccontarci di loro delle loro emozioni lanciandoci i loro vasi, i loro mobili e le loro stoffe attraverso i secoli come astronavi cariche dei loro sentimenti, dei loro miti, della loro visione del mondo.
SINTETICHE CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE DEL PRODOTTO:
Anthea è una poltrona direzionale con sedile, schienale e braccioli in poliuretano espanso. Lo schienale è regolabile in altezza con meccanismo up&down, i braccioli sono fissi o regolabili con meccanismo up&down. Il movimento è syncro e la regolazione in altezza del sedile è regolata da pistone a gas. La poltrona è dotata di ruote dure o morbide per i diversi pavimenti.

Anthea is a different and possible way of creating a professional armchair. Without neglecting the necessary dynamic requirements that mark a modern office chair, with its formal, anthropomorphous and a bit surreal shape, Anthea regained the primitive shapes of allusion, of dreams against the mechanist pretentious display that a part of the armchair sector has been following this past decade.
MAIN CONCEPT OR THE DESIGNER'S REMARK SHOWING THE INNOVATIVE FEATURE OF THE PRODUCT:
Anthea is fitted with all the movements needed to offer the best comfort, but its shape and beauty do not come from the pretentious display of its mechanical functions. Frames, levers and kinematic mechanisms disappear in a soft shape that embraces the body that remains a carrier of anthropomorphous and surreal allusions. The office chair is intrinsically bound to its instrumental value, but why should we stress its mere practical values making it become a sort of orthopedic unit? Our ancestors, busy working to bring home their daily bread, still have the time and way to tell us about their feelings and emotions through their tools leaving us their vases ,furniture and fabrics, throughout the centuries, like spaceships filled with their feelings, legends and visions of the world.

Anthea is an executive chair with seat, back and armrests in polyurethane. It is a chair with adjustable back with up&down mechanism, the armrests could be fixed or adjustable with up&down mechanism. Features syncro mechanism and seat height is controlled by a gas piston. The swivel chairs are equipped with hard or soft wheels.
