The tower, which will be completed in 2015, will offer space for 132 apartments, of which 116 will each have a private swimming pool, positioned on terraces with a panoramic view towards the ocean. And it is Piscine Castiglione which gets to build the pools, all equipped with whirlpools, with softwalk mattress on the bottom and over 20 square metres in size. Wellbeing and pleasantness at maximum levels, then, for these apartments, enhanced with pools built with the greatest care taken over the smallest detail and created with Myrtha® technology. The modular system, patented by Piscine Castiglione, is based on the use of stainless steel panels onto which a layer of high-hardness and high-strength PVC is laminated at high temperature. This process has several advantages: from extreme design flexibility and precision, speed of installation and the possibility of creating pools in difficult situations, to durability and minimal maintenance requirements.
The Porsche Design Tower will be the tallest building in Miami Beach, but it will get noticed especially for the high levels of comfort which it can offer customers. In addition to the swimming pools located at the individual residences, the project also features private garages (2-4 per dwelling) situated at each dwelling, where the residents can keep their custom-built sports cars. A complicated series of lifts will allow them to reach their apartments in the car: a real paradise, in a word, for the most passionate four-wheel drive enthusiast.
